We love what we do.

We appreciate a good challenge, whether it comes from working through issues on client engagements or from tackling new accounting and auditing standards. We also appreciate a completely uninterrupted vacation (planned via an elaborate spreadsheet, of course), perfecting our hobbies, and cheering on our teams. In short, we believe in building a challenging work environment that allows you to enjoy your life outside of work – and giving you the opportunity to shine.

You belong here.

You Belong Here

The long-term success of our firm depends on the development of technical skills of our people. You’ll have access to partners who have a vested interest in your growth and development. You’ll have access to customized continuing professional education designed to ensure that you understand the “why,” not just the “how.” You’ll have access to the tools needed to do your job well.

Public accounting is a challenging path. Just when you think you understand the professional standards, they change. Rather than rail against changes, we embrace them as opportunities for professional growth. We’ll challenge you, but we’ll give you the time needed to grow into new responsibilities.

You’ll have opportunities to excel. You’ll learn how to handle all phases of an audit engagement – from planning and risk assessment to financial reporting and client communications. You’ll be amazed at how much you learn.

People at the firm truly care about your wellbeing and want to see you do well in all aspects of your life!

Support our community.

Not only do we serve special purpose districts through our daily work, we also say “yes” to work-life balance and Girl Scout cookies.

Develop technical competence.

We are always striving to improve our technical expertise in both auditing and governmental accounting.
