Paid Time Off
Employees start with three weeks of paid vacation (accrued), and can work up to twice that amount with tenure.
McGrath offers a flexible, eight-hour workday to include our core business hours (10–2). Work remotely three days a week!
Staff is awarded a $10,000 bonus for completing their CPA exam.
